It depends what you mean by close. We're complete opposites. Like, epically. Blaine's close to his stepbrothers too.

What's he like? I mean, by comparison to you? Are Blaine's stepbrother's a lot different, too?

Finn? Um... well, to be entirely honest, he's rough, he reckless, he's an ex-crim, he's done time, he's covered in tattoos, rides a motorcycle, but is probably one of the nicest most caring guys I know. Blaine's step brothers are identical twins, but chalk and cheese in personality. Both different to Blaine.

Those tend to make the best kinds of families. The ones where everyone's different, but everyone's close and has each other's back.

I can't really offer much of an opinion. Spent most of my life from teen years onwards putting walls up against everyone.

Well, I'm happy to see that Blaine, if no one else, is starting to find his way through those walls. He sounds like a very special guy.

Let's just say he's subtly relentless. But if he wasn't, I wouldn't have thought twice about him.

Well, I'm aware that this is taking time, and will continue to. And I know that things are a struggle for you that other people wouldn't even think about. That's where it comes in just taking the small steps as they come, and not forcing the issue when it's too much to take in.

Everything is still a struggle. If I don't have the routine, the voices are back. Blaine just... slots into it. He's like a shapeshifter. A very tiny one, but still.

Yeah, he doesn't seem real. I mean, he is. He's a typical boy, I've learned, but in essence it's just an enigma.

Still in the honeymoon phase. There might be accidental moments or times when he thinks I'm not looking or listening. But I've lived with Finn, I know what could be on the horizon. Living together will probably be the teller.

Hahaha... Good luck with that, then. ;) I got lucky on the brother front. Mine's a sassy gay bitch who behaves himself like a proper queen most of the time. :P You two actually remind me a bit of each other in ways.

I think domesticity will be a learning curve. The world needs a good quota of gay bitches to keep it sane. Does your brother live local?

I can't speak on that one. I can only really imagine what it's like. It sounds kind of hilarious, though. It's true! Gay bitches are the spice of life. He does. He's a teacher... Second grade, god love him. He moved here after college. I kind of begged him to. LOL
