No, now you're assuming too much in my basic words. If you read what I said, where did I indicate at all that I thought you didn't have a good time? I just have standards in certain things, and I generally don't date people I jump into bed with. We should try for a second, and see how we feel then. It takes the covert operation off the table, and the fact it was a blind date.

Of course. You're the one with the crowded schedule and ridiculously huge business to run. I just get to see the look on Cam's face when I ask him to babysit so mommy gets some alone time. Plus the smugness that will no doubt ensue when he realises he was right to set me up. But not pulling out on me at the last minute would be nice.

I am sure he won't mind at all. He dotes on that child. Tom is probably the one who will get the complex when he realises setting me up might turn around and bite him in the arse. If it had to happen, I would give plenty of warning. Occasionally, it might.

This is true, he really won't. Is Tom going to turn around and start hating on me now? Because being grilled as your potential date could be worse than being grilled as the mother of Cam's child. Consider me pre-warned.

I shouldn't laugh. I'm sorry. Tom is extremely used to sharing me with a lot of different people. I think he'll survive just fine.

We can still be like brothers and apart making our own choices. We have an agreement. We can pull the piss out of each other's romantic and sex choices all we want, but we won't interfere in them. The blind date was apparently, I hear now, to make you feel better because the fag to your hag might hook up.

I am close to him, but I would never deny him this. I know he's not going to be mine forever. I'm not that selfish. Just... mostly selfish. I wouldn't be a real date if we just spent the whole time kissing, right?

Of course he will. He is still going to need his friends, even if he finds love. And from what you told me, it sounds like he won't ever stop needing you. He just might have different things he needs guidance with now. Not according to romantic history, no. If it was a romantic comedy, we would probably have swapped bodies or had numerous obstacles getting in our way by now.

Well, it's not as if family ever really lose each other. Even our chosen family. Kurt and I have lasted this long. I think we can last longer. If he was going to disown me I'm sure it would have been for having a baby. He's a little like Tom in that respect. Babies are unknown creatures to him. Mm, well, I don't know that I'd complain about being stuck in your body. I think I'd spend the whole time locked in the bathroom.

You probably always knew deep down too that this would happen. You have probably prepared yourself for it. Have you met his guy yet? You wouldn't need to. I have a very nice apartment to make full use of.
